Emily was very helpful in resolving my issue with a lost parcel. Both pairs of shoes I bought from you were very delayed and although one did finally arrive, one is still missing. The customer service has been very good. However, I won’t be buying from you again as I won’t use EVRI in the future. I will check with all retailers I buy from and I won’t use companies that use EVRI.
