I ordered an item in April. We are end of July and still I have not get it. I put 3 starts because customer support have been nice and provide me the status when I am asking.

Hi there, I was super excited to join the ambassador program months ago. However I still have not received my swimmers I paid for. I’ve also been paying the ambassador monthly fee but not sure what for to be honest. Are you able to track my items please? After placing the order in November and still not receiving the product and 4 emails, I had to submit a refund request through PayPal.

Paid for bathing suit and to become one of their Ambassadors in JULY, they took my money and I’ve still never gotten the bathing suit.
