I absolutely love everything that I have purchased and received to date. The quality, the Karen shipping and, I love opening the packages to see the gorgeous colors. Unfortunately, my last order which was placed December, 2024 and was late in shipping because y’all ran out of of one of the scarves in the tartan that I selected. Your shipping agent returned my items to you and conveniently let me know my error without responding to my inquiries for help directly ERVi. So, instead of responding to my direct email request for support from their support team and since I am not British, I mistakenly read the date certain that I needed to pay tariffs on items that I purchased before tariffs were put in place as February 2025 when it was actually November 2025. I dearly would love to get this straightened out and I trust that your fantastic team will work with me to get my order shipped. I will definitely use the tariff “coupon“ that Great Scot has made available to us poor souls suffering under these awful circumstances here in the United States. I love you guys, and look forward to making additional purchases. I’m very much looking forward to straightening this configuration out and look forward to making additional purchases as I mentioned earlier. I would love additional items to be offered in my clan tartan, which is Duncan. It can be old Duncan or new Duncan, I will definitely purchase them.
