I will say this leakproof thong has proved that it can do the job on a light to medium flo kinda day! I actually wore it on a day in which I thought I MIGHT start my period, thinking that surely it would serve me well if I had a very light/spotting experience at the baseball field with my kids. Little did I know, I would actually get to the middle of the day and panic when I realize this would be more than expected. I didn’t have any back up in my backpack or car other than one tampon.
