Very happy with this style. I usually am with the shoes I order from Aetrex. What I do find wanting is responsiveness from customer service. Often, I order something that is not available in either my size or desired color. I always ask to be notified when available. That has never happened in the five years I have been a customer. I waited one year for the Emery Arch to come back in and you kept telling me it was not discontinued, so I kept trying to order only to find that it HAD been discontinued. I suppose that there is a reason that you cannot simply backorder a particular item.

The shipping was quick and the product is excellent except for the Velcro not being farther down to make them tighter.
