I recently purchased a Good Linen blazer and wanted a pant to match so I purchased the relaxed pull-on copped pant in size 12 (final sale) but you let me exchange them for a size 10 (should have 'listened' in the first place to reviews about the pant being generally TTS) and the process was easy and reliable.
