This is the 4th hat I have purchased from Coolibar and the 3rd one in this style. I like it the best. It’s great for golf, hiking, yard work, you name it. Coolibar was originally recommended by my dermatologist due to my fair skin and history of sun damage. (I don’t use the face mask, just the neck flap)

I kept everything I ordered so I didn't experienced the customer service. If was easy to order online and the shipping was easy to track and respected the delay
