I loved the teal Hi Lo cold shoulder top the moment I saw it on the website but wow it’s more beautiful than I imagined and so sexy! I wore this dress to a wedding and it was fabulous. Such a flattering dress. It made me feel like a million bucks! I will say as the night wore on it seemed that the bust stretched out. Not a huge deal though.
