Everything arrived safely and in rapid time - in excellent condition. The item was as described on the web site. When website help was needed, the person answering the phone was very courteous and even more helpful.

Where do I start? 1. The customer service of Claymore Imports is outstanding to say the very least. I needed a vest for the Prescott Highland Games this year and they brought a few for me, one for sale, and another few just in case I wanted to borrow one for the day. I purchased the one that fit and had an awesome time at the games. 2. A couple weeks after the games I needed a new pair of Ghillie Brogues, but couldn’t get down to Scottsdale which is over 2 hours from me, so I took a chance and bought some without trying them on. That being said, they didn’t fit. With only a few days before my up coming gig they had me send Ghilles back before they even received my return, and they rush shipped me the right size! It’s a big plus that Claymore Imports is in my home state, but if they weren’t they would still have me as a customer for life. Tony Guerra.
