This is my first experience with Carolina, I’ve heard good things and the boots I’ve wanted went on sale so I gave it a shot. Online buying experience was good. had to submit an exchange for a smaller size and the process went alright. You have to submit it as a return first, and then fill out an exchange sheet that you put in the box, which extends the timeline for an exchange by however long it takes to send the boots back. I think a little updating on this process would be worth wile. I opted to just return my boots and order another pair to expedite the turn around, however doing so I had to pay for return shipping which isn’t great. Luckily, I was happy enough with the product that I justified it. Overall a good boot and a good experience. I will continue buying Carolinas so long as they maintain the quality, in their products and support, that I have experienced so far.
