Excellent customer service, despatched and arrived very quickly, in spite of the business of the time of year.

We bought the bags in their store located in the Covent Gardens. I saw the cute green bag by the window & was surprised about the quality & design of the bags inside.

It is such a pleasure to shop at the store in Covent Garden. The staff are so personable and very helpful while not being too much in the way while you make your selections. I went in thinking I would get one bag but came out with two things I didn’t even know I wanted u til I saw them in person!

The shopping website is user friendly. The handbag is value for money and good quality, will buy again.
