No exchange offered for wrong size but I understand that with swimwear for hygiene reasons. Shipping and customer services was prompt.

I had to exchange twice due to small sizing. I received a refund with no explanation when I just wanted a different size. An email to explain would have been nice.

They refuse to accept there is an issue and that their swimwear doesn’t fit every body. I can’t wear mine because it’s loose around the butt which makes the fabric look old and worn but it jus doesn’t sit right

Nothing like what I thought it would be. Very disappointed.
