Tremendous. Bought these shoes for my wedding to match my tux. I had a question since I hadn't bought a shoe from them in a few years and the customer service was immediate, earnest, and helpful. What a rare and lovely shopping experience.

Artemis is ver yeasy to work with. I had to change styles, and exchange was easy.

We saw a lady on tv with a carpet/rug bag, and my wife was enamored. I found Artemis Design Co. from an instagram post by City and Colour (Dallas Green) a couple years ago. I bought a pair of slippers like the ones he has and love them. Very proud of “knowing ball” when it comes to a quality brand that also makes bags. I shared with her a link to the baby duffle that we purchased. She looked through the current selection, and decided that the one she liked the most is the one I had suggested.
