Super comfortable, and great product to wear indoors (using as slippers at home). Love the arch support and the heel cup that keeps my feet in tact with the flip flops. Considering to get a second pair for outside wear. Also had a little incident with my delivery, but Jen was quick, very helpful, and attentive with great follow-up.

We finally met. I have a low instep and a narrow foot. So flip-flops tend to come off easily and the front of my feet get tired when I walk. These have a tight nose strap, which is just right for me. The cushioning is also good, so I hope they will be sold more widely in Japan.
