I had ordered three different colors of merino wool shirts, and when they arrived (considering my location in the United States, the delivery was incredibly fast), I discovered that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I promptly emailed them, requesting options, and to my astonishment, they had already shipped the correct size. Even before I could ship the shirts I had received, the correct size arrived. As for the quality of the items, they feel fantastic, look fantastic, and performed exactly as advertised! I will definitely be purchasing more when they have more color options back in stock.
