Wrong Sweater Sent and Still Haven't Been Reimbursed

I purchased this sweater as a gift and was sent the wrong color. When I reached out to customer service they just routed me over to the return portal at that point the color I actually ordered was no longer available. I had to walk 30mins to ship back the sweater and I was issued a GIFT CARD. I don't want a gift card, I want a full refund. It's been a week and still waiting to hear back from customer service. Would 100% not recommend anyone purchase from this comapny.
