The strap was too hard

this bra was very tight and didn’t stretch around the bottom, so I kind of feel like it is squeezing the life out of me. I ordered a 38 DD but the actual measurement of the bra on its last hook is 32. please explain how this is supposed to fit me?

These bras seem like a good design and quality workmanship. However they are not sized correctly at all. You need to order at least 2 sizes larger.

There's no support. Fit is too small. The design is cute.
