It’s important to get a smaller size down. I think it says it in the notes. I lost a lot of weight and was a XXL. I got a XL, due to my new size. The next time I will get a L. I sweat a large amount. I also do some acting. This shirt helps when acting to keep my sweat off my clothes on state, with lots of hot lights. I would buy a weeks set of these shirts soon due to the efficiency in performing on stage and keeping the wardrobe department happy from all my sweating.
