Excellent personal service!

My biggest issue was the excessively long wait. What made up for it was the exceptional customer service given by Rachel.

This wallet is beautiful, the leather is soft, the stitching is perfect, I love the monogram, and the smell is incredible. That, and Rachel’s assistance defined good customer service. I look forward to using it for years. I have two thoughts. Ghurka’s web site lists the wallet as 4.5”x4.0”, but it’s actually 4.5”x4.3”. It doesn’t bother me as it fits all my pockets, but it’s a fair difference for a wallet that is already relatively large. Secondly, if I understand right, Ghurka is discontinuing all the leather wallets, and will be selling the International only in the crocodile. If true, that’s a shame as I suspect many people who want this wallet won’t spend the money for crocodile. Just my opinion.

Came quick. Again leather bags should have leather belts you used to do that under prior ownership
