I originally got a smaller backpack and the size was too small for my laptop, but Day Owl really came through and helped me exchange for a larger one! I have been looking for a backpack for over a year, and I am glad I waited because I am OBSESSED with this one!

The first color I ordered wasn’t quite how I pictured however, the one I replaced it with is perfect. I like that it is skinny but fits a lot. It’s slightly heavier (computer padding probably) than reg backpacks but I like the sturdy feel of the fabric. I would suggest one addition to it: a key fob holder either in main area or front zippered pocket. Thanks to Nina for the quick/great customer service during my exchange.
