However, if I need to exchange for a different size or a return, their policy if effortless. Always making it super easy for the customer. Not to mention, a handful of times when they’ve run out of something I wanted, they are always quick to let me know it’s back in stock. As to not miss it again :) They are a well oiled machine. A great company all around.
