I've purchased 4 pair of birdies since I first found the company a couple of months ago. I purchased some slippers to wear on my wedding day but months later decided I liked another pair better. The original slippers had never been worn so I reached out to Birdie's to see if it was still possible to return/exchange. I got a response quickly and they worked with me to return my slippers and get the new pair I really wanted! Customer service was super helpful and very fast! The shoes speak for themselves!

I am the happy owner of five pairs of Birdies. So comfortable and stylish - they look great with leggings! Each pair comes with a cloth carrying bag which makes it so easy to take a pair with me when I visit a “no outdoor shoes” home. And I just bought a pair for my sister’s birthday! Superior customer service, too.
