What made this experience truly exceptional was the outstanding customer service. I was assisted by Nikita, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain every feature of the pram, demonstrated how to fold it, showed me how to attach the car seat using the adapters, and then encouraged me to try everything myself to make sure I felt confident using it. I was genuinely amazed by the level of customer care I received. Nikita went above and beyond, and his professionalism and enthusiasm made all the difference.
