Easy peasy problem resolution

I ordered a baby gift which I expected to have shipped to me, only to find that it was not in the warehouse and I would have had to go from Thornhill to the Milton store to pick it up. Somehow this was not clear on the website when I paid for it. Customer Service was great. They looked to see if other stores nearby had it, which they didn't, and so they promptly refunded my money and were very professional to deal with. Good Job. I appreciate hassle free service.

Great prompt service

I had placed my order and forgot to add my first order discount code so I took a chance and emailed a request for a discount. Just minutes later I received an update to my order and discount was added. Great customer support!

Gift card issue

I was given a gift card worth $300 however when I went to use it online it showed the gift card only had $100 on it. I called customer service and they were able to help me as I had the gift card receipt. Thankful for their help.

Damaged Sterilizer - Quickly Replaced

We ordered a Baby Brezza sterilizer from Snuggle Bugz and had it shipped to our home. When the box was opened, we found the base of the unit was damaged and needed to be replaced. I contacted Snuggle Bugz Customer Service and explained the situation. Kris from Customer Service responded and quickly solved the problem and arranged for me to exchange the damaged item with a new replacement. We are extremely pleased and impressed with the excellent level of customer service offered by Snuggle Bugz and will be happy to recommend Snuggle Bugz to anyone who is looking for amazing baby gifts.
