Easy peasy problem resolution
I ordered a baby gift which I expected to have shipped to me, only to find that it was not in the warehouse and I would have had to go from Thornhill to the Milton store to pick it up. Somehow this was not clear on the website when I paid for it. Customer Service was great. They looked to see if other stores nearby had it, which they didn't, and so they promptly refunded my money and were very professional to deal with. Good Job. I appreciate hassle free service.
