I have been scammed by a company that used 'My Shop' before, so I was a little hesitant, but the site came highly recommend by my son's outdoor school so I trusted I would get my order at least. I made an error and The Oaki customer service people were SO FAST and didn't make me feel like a burden at all!! It really felt like they were GENUINELY happy to help me fix MY mistake!! Also regarding my order: The updates came every time the status changed and my 5 or 6 items arrived all together and very quick!! Got for our Alaska trip. Tried them on and they both are a perfect fit! Love how easy they are to slide over your regular clothes and having a drawstring around the waist section is a nice flattering fit for the ladies. I'm 5'4", 150 lb, and the medium fit perfectly. Roomy enough even for a full size down jacket. Hopefully it won't rain that much but if it does we will be ready with this amazing jumpsuit!
