I highly recommend NanoBebe nipples and bottles. They were perfect for our early baby (39 weeks) and she had no issue switching from mom to a bottle and back. Seldom any spitting up and no colic or gastric issues. We did use only breast milk or later on, goat's milk, never formula. Baby could nurse continuously without having to "disengage" to allow air flow. They have 4 nipple flow types, but we used only the smallest and medium, up to 2 years old. I would not use any other brand, even though I had to order online as these are not available at retail stores in my area.
