Customer Service was amazing! I had ordered several items and unfortunately one outfit (dress and matching hat) were unavailable. I emailed to see if I could substitute another print for both the dress and hat, but the order was already shipped. Customer service created a replacement order and not only honored the sale price from my original order but waived the shipping charges. Product was adorable and customer service was top notch!!

This is so cute, soft and comfy, and has been a favorite all season!
