the roof rack that I bought for my van conversion arrived on time, complete, and all parts fit exactly the way they should. The system works great, and the only thing that I would ask is that you guys make the installation instructions in more detail, as that was the only hiccup. Order arrived quickly easy to install had some minor difficulties installing faring but Cameron from WTA was very helpful. Ladder installation was easy I recommend placing ladder loosely before installing rack. Freeway driving I didn’t notice any noticeable noise. Nice looking in my Sprinter.

I was looking for the lowest profile cargo tray drawer slider I could find and White Top was it. I needed the plywood board for mounting the fork mounts to be as close as possible to the van floor as my bed height was only 34 inches. I used 5/8" thick nine ply white birch plywood 17" wide. My two e-bikes fit nicely and the mountain e-bike with the drop seat post clears the bed by 1/4" - whew! The 60 inch cargo tray is very high quality and worked out perfectly for my needs. I highly recommend it.
