Kinda like socks, not sure how I lost it but it was gone. No problem. A simple phone call with a friendly service team member and the key was in the mail. I was quickly back in service. I enjoy the security of having a lockable center console. It’s a really great addition to my tundra. I also like the pea e of mind if I misplace the key. Less than one week after I received and installed an under-seat box from Tuffy Security Products, someone broke the back passenger window out of my truck and gained entry. The only items of value in my truck were secured inside the locked box. The burglar attempted to force entry on the box and damaged a lock cylinder, but was unable and left without stealing anything. I definitely recommend this product!

I lost the key to the lock box in my Ram 1500 Bighorn. I called Tuffy and a key was ordered and shipped the next day. Customer service was top notch. Thanks!
