We had an inexpensive piece of trim on interior rear passenger door come up missing. Do not know why or how. I might have thrown it away when found on our driveway, did not know what is was.
When we took our new car (2025 Forester) in for an oil change, found that part was on back order. (About 2 hours away. ) Upon coming hame I ordered online for replacement pieces, including possible mounting hardware. Came to less $13.
Received notification today parts on their way here. That is great service.
Note: This is our 2nd Forester. Only repairs, in 10 years, were AC compressor and recharge of system. Did not trade in, but gifted our 2010 Forester, to our daughter. She greatly appreciates the automatic transmission and AC while commuting in south FL.
