They have great customer service. I ordered two identical parts and the mistakenly only shipped one. They were very nice when I called them and immediately shipped the second one.

I called to check the item availability because I had no luck last year when I was told my car was too new and BMW did not accept any orders for that specified model year. So I tried again this year and now I can order. Extremely helped support and answered what I needed to know. Even items arrived quicker than I expected!
