I received an email for vin verification because I had missed 1 digit. That was customer service above and beyond expectations. So that was nice. Also I was able to speak with the person filling out the order. Very Nice! Parts were packaged exceptionally well and all correct. Icing on the cake - the parts arrived 2 days earlier than scheduled.
