Much much much MUCH more loud than stock muffler off an 08 Tacoma 4cyl. The muffler sounded fine-ish (cant blame muffler for making a 4cyl sounding bad, i can imagine a v8 would sound 20x better), but desperately needed a resonator before I could consider it remotely reasonable in volume and tone. after the resonator 10/10
