The Volvo 740 fog lamp seals were broken, and so the fuse box needed to be replaced. It is not possible to buy Volvo 740 fog lamps in Hungary, so I found the Swedish company VPARTS on the Internet. Special thanks to the VPARTS employees, Leon and Milk, for the great help they sent me in writing. The Volvo VPARTS is an excellent company, I recommend it to everyone.
