Sent in my AC module from my R8, was giving me the same code that they described on their website. Took about a week to fix and send back, gave me tracking progress along the way. They even discounted the price lower than what it originally would have cost to fix. Will definitely use them again in the future if anything else happens to go wrong with electrical units on any of my vehicles.
