Excellent repair and service! A+++

My original convection oven worked great for 30 years, until some part on the motherboard broke. I was looking at having to buy a new convection oven which, these days, requires significant outlay. No one locally was able to repair it and everyone said we would have to buy a new one. While researching new ovens, I came across a reference to Upfix and decided to follow up on it. After speaking to one of their reps, I felt it was worth a chance. Well, I am beyond pleased with the result and the experience. It was fast (mail-time plus a day plus return mail-time), the people are friendly, the service is reasonably priced and it includes a warranty, and the process is just super well organized. The work is done in the U. S. and it's good for the environment. I am so happy with the results and with this business. Thank you!

Had to send part back in under warranty because of a defective part that caused more issues than originally prompted. But it got fixed after going in under warranty, the process was very easy, and they were super polite and helpful.
