First off customer Service for me was 1st Class! From the initial conversation about what I needed to resolving my ordering error everyone was super helpful along the way. Installation was very straight forward and REDARC's published install videos were 100% clear and easy to follow. This is my first experience with a brake controller and it really worked for our first adventure. I love that it is tucked away under the panelling.
