I really like the intuitive actions of the RedArc brake controller, I had a little trouble figuring out where I could mount the knob in my 2014 Serria but finally decided that it would fit best on the right side of the steering column, but the controller box was easily mounted on the frame under the dash, works better than my old knee knocker, I truly recommend it to all towers, Mike

I purchased a 2025 Tacoma without the premium package, which included the trailer brake. I didn't realize this would become an issue when I was ready to begin towing a year later. I soon discovered that installing a hardwired trailer brake on the Tacoma is impossible; Toyota prohibits the installation, and third-party companies cannot find a spot under the dashboard to mount the mechanism. After I reached out to Redarc, they provided a detailed solution to my problem. I purchased the controller from their site and hired someone recommended through their platform to install it. I have only used it once so far, but it worked perfectly and I am very happy with the device.
