Well, packaged, arrive in perfect shape. Also, Trailer valet keeps you very well informed of the shipping status. The installation was a breeze & I appreciated the foam backing for the plate, so no rattling or dissimilar metals touch. The only improvements I could see would be labeling the low & high gear positions along with making the tires a slight bit more aggressive if someone needs to go over a small grassy incline. It seems to be a great product that I expect will provide many more years of service.

I finally purchased the trailer valet 5X. I'm 70 years old and recently had back surgery. So to move the utility trailer I always had to look for help, now I don't. I will have to remove it while in use because it is too close to the front because of a toolbox. No big deal ,pull a pin it's off, plus nobody can steal it. Just have to get use to driving the trailer valet, ha ha . Good directions too.

Very well made. The crank mechanism lifts the front of my 4 place snowmobile trailer with 4 sleds in it easily
