Excellent experience. Items are processed and sent out immediately and over and beyond is whoever handles the online order actually takes the time to carefully review the order to make sure the customer didn’t accidentally make a mistake or perhaps order something not needed. I ordered an oil filler cap and a gasket but I did I not know the filler cap already came with a gasket. I got an email soon after ordering asking me if I needed the xtra gasket and I appreciate the fact the order was delayed making sure I responded first. As soon as I responded it was immediately processed. It really impressed me because even though it was an out of state online order it feels like you are face to face. That is very professional. I live in NY and have local dealerships nearby that I have had horrible experiences with…. the customer service and the dealerships seem to only be interested in the dollar and leave you with an unwelcoming experience. That’s why I began ordering elsewhere. I have had better experiences with some distant dealerships but Ourisman has handled my orders top notch. There isn’t a dealership that comes close to the service yours provides. I am extremely satisfied and have my 2 sons on board as well as other friends ordering parts from your dealership. I hope your business model stays true and continues to represent a caring environment, something that now-a-days is lacking everywhere to say the least. Your attention to detail does not go unnoticed and is deeply appreciated.
