ARB does not offer what I want, a simpler method for 1 person to hang their awning (since without their awning often sits off of my jeep), but they did listen to my concerns.

I purchased a vehicle that had front and rear ARB bumpers but the logo's had been removed by the owner. I called ARB and they sent the replacements at no charge. Great customer Service.
