I actually contacted one of your distributors first, Shock Surplus, and got what I felt were short, impatient answers that directed me in a weird direction to solve my suspension issues with my 4runner. When I asked for a little more info, they just stopped responding! Your rep in the chat, Austin, was very thorough and answered all of my questions and offered a great solution to my problem using one of your coil spring models for my front coil packs. I had your suspension on a 3rd generation 4Runner years ago and it was fantastic and trouble free!
