We own an ARB awning and screen room which is a great product. YYour equipment is top notch. our customer service responds promptly to pre-sales questions. For example a recent inquiry was regarding one of your brush-less air compressor. How many brush-less air compressors are there out there to even ask about?

The brushless air compressor I had installed was not turning off until it over heated, which it did after adding roughly 20 psi to three 32” tires in 80-85 degree weather. The ARB staff answered the questions I had quickly which helped me make the decision to take it back to the installer so the problem could be resolved. It ended up being a problem with where it was grounded, which the installer corrected and it now works very well.
