Recently ordered two cases of wood wizard. Super excited to use this new product I received one case and the packaging was excellent. The second case came one day later and unfortunately was damaged. During shipping it appears UPS repackaged it. One of the gallons was missing over half of the contents. Contacted SESW and was greeted with an explanation that it was more than likely damaged during shipping and repackaged by UPS. The representative at SESW immediately shipped out another gallon and I received it two days later. I outstanding customer service. Looking forward to using wood wizard and other products from SESW thanks again for the great service.
