The staff and my windshield replacement was great. But the next day when I was home my car wouldn't start. After some investigation, the battery was not hooked back up properly after the installation and recalibration causing it to drain. We ended up having to get a new battery for my car. Ended up being a more expensive repair on our end.

My window is scratching really loud when I raise and lower it and also there are visible scratches in the glass from this. I believe they didn’t clean out the broken glass and now my brand new window is scratched

They had to send guys out 2 days in a row as no attention was paid as to the year of my car. The second guy said he’d have his manager call Monday. It’s now Friday & no call. Second guy said he couldn’t get his machine to work or “hook up” to my vehicle. He couldn’t complete the calibration because of it. Said I may have to go to the dealership & have them do it. I wasn’t happy & said as much. I’m not about to pay for something that Safelite needs to take care. Car worked great before the replacement windshield so it needed to work after as well, hence the manager call….which never came. I will be calling them this coming week. Wanted to give them plenty of time to get ahold of me first. I’ve used this company before & absolutely no issues but now…? Just not happy at all.
