Good afternoon, I went to use my jack which i've used many times with no issues. However, 2 days ago I went to use it when a couple young ladies were having difficulties with their Jack on their car had collapsed and went to assist them. Alongside the road. When I remove the Jack from my Jeep and put it on the ground and then got the handle out. I inserted the handle into the Jack and tightened it down. Then, I proceeded to put the extension on the handle. That's when the accident happens, the little push pen that locks the 2 handles together is just dangerous because you have to put your finger on that to insert it.
