They were responsive when communicating about the correct part matching my vehicle's vin. Other dealership charged $533 for the parts so I told them to cancel the job when I saw I could get the same Toyota parts for $149 and had them in just a couple days shipped half way across the country. Did the job myself, saving about $650. Hate doing auto mechanic work, hate getting ripped off more. Thanks Longo!
