I purchased a motorcycle that came equipped with OPT7 lights, but they weren’t working properly. To fix the issue, I ordered some replacement parts and had several questions along the way. I reached out to OPT7 support, and Ben K. was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Over several days, Ben responded quickly to my inquiries, provided clear guidance, and even noticed that I had accidentally ordered the wrong parts. He proactively canceled that order and notified me so that I could place the correct order. He also sent me detailed diagrams to help me understand how the lights work, which was especially helpful since I didn’t receive any documentation when I purchased my bike.
