Received a set of trailer lights and received 2 right hand lights instead of a set called and that sent out a left hand light the same day now that’s customer service I will definitely buy from them again I would give the an A++ rating very satisfied

I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of Johnson's online store, but not so impressed with the product I ordered (a 5-bolt sizing template). While the plastic material is very sturdy, reading the raised numbers associated with each bolt hole is very difficult. You almost need a magnifying glass to read the numbers, which could be improved by making them either larger, or by some type of contrasting between numbers and the template itself.

Well packaged. Quick turnaround time after placing order. Regulator simple to attach and use. Instructions are clear and precise. The regulator is well designed and robust. Price is more than competitive.

The pump install went fine as was expected and it seems to work good, although no load has been lifted yet.
