All attaching hardware I received was 1st class. Looking to order the bushings for the wiper arms as I thought I would be able to order the (reconditioned or new) wiper arms with the bushings already replaced and I could order the whole assembly as a unit, motor, arms with shafts already installed, as I would remove them.
