This chair is very comfortable, easy setup and compact while stored.

Every interaction with customer service has exceeded my expectations. Committed, knowledgeable and able to act to resolve any issue, though, in general, there were none. Instruction manuals were not obvious in my rack system packaging, but were easy to find online.
