I requested a replacement for my motorcycle cover after 3 years of use due to a defect and I received a new one shortly afterwards.

It nice to have a strap that connected to bottom of bike to keep it from flying off in the wind. I have a hard bike storage on back of bike, makes it little harder to stretch all the way down.

Website is clean and easy to use. Took less that 5 minutes to fill out warranty claim and get it submitted
