My experience was great. I ordered online. i think the shipping information could have been done better. Love my ford Transit tire mount. I am a fabricator as well and this unit is top notch with beautiful welds. I would recommend your products to anyone.

The side steps are extremely well made and fit perfectly. The packaging was remarkably thorough and expertly done. The only issue which concerned me was delayed delivery. Had nothing to do with Owl. FedEx dropped the ball five days in a row. The side steps were "on the truck" but weren’t delivered "due to weather" that didn’t seem to affect UPS, Amazon or the USPS from getting things here.

All good. Highly recommended.

They have always been great to deal with and I think there products are superior to their competitors. Also John’s “OwlVan” YouTube videos are very informative.
