Excellent product. The vent hook is fantastic and very secure. The one-handed gravity operation is great and much better than having to push buttons or having to twist and pull the phone.

After about 2 years of service my windshield mount for my phone holder broke. I'm not too upset about it, stuff happens. This one lasted longer than any I've bought before. Upon searching their website I easily found an inexpensive replacement part. It was easy to find and order. Now it's back in service, perfectly mounted on my windshield and I'm a happy camper! Overall a great experience.
